Tweezers- serrated tips and ridged. Metal is tarnished a little, with glue/glue-like substance around join, and has some stains (water?), but otherwise in fair condition. On its end, at the join, engraved into metal is: "Germany" with a star on one side, and the other side: "Stainless", "Lawton" (in italics), and also- not inscribed by the manufacturer- is the name: "U. A(?). Hosp. C. S".
