Donated by Ron Van Dyk who it was given to by Ralph Wilson. Was being stored in a commercial building in Oak Harbor. Is reported to have been used by Sea Explorers Ship 58 group for Bridges of Honor at the Coupeville Rec Hall. Orgin is unknown.
