Wooden (oak) folding chair with dark green velvet covered seat and back insets. Decorative carving along top of chair back as well as scalloped carved shape running along top. No other decorative elements. Brass fasteners all intact and in good working order.
Donated by Martha Cantwell who states chair is from the Hedgcock's Funeral Home in Langley, WA. Removed when owners (Marion "Joe" Perry & Viola Hedgcock) remodeled & replaced seating with pews. They purchased the funeral home in 1945 when it was previously called Swedeerg (unverified spelling).
