Description

Medium gray stone tool, maybe an adz but maybe something else. It has been damaged, possibly broken in half along a smooth curved line. It is triangular (right triangle) in shape but probably because part has been broken off. Vertical edge has circular groove down 3/4 of the length. The opposite has been worked and ground to a fine edge with minor chipping. The base is also smoothly worked and rounded. The tool is slightly concave on one side towards the grooved side.
