"Deception Pass on Puget Sound." A ferry can be seen moving through the pass. It looks to be low tide given the water line on the rocks. There is substantial wake behind the ferry in the right of the picture. A bit of a tree branch appears in the upper portion of the photo. The back is stamped with Apr 9 1924 (though it looks crossed out) The stamp pattern dates it to 1922-1926.
