Black and white photo of a farm outbuilding in disrepair. The back of the photo reads, "Neil Tower, Oak Harbor, WA, taken mid-1980's by Orville "Wes" Westlund." The one side of the building seen has two windows that appear to not contain glass. The room is nearly down to the rafters with no shingles. There is a substantial hole in the roof.
