It is addressed to Mrs. Evelyn Spencer, Co. Supt. of Schools, Coupeville, Wash. The event is the Good Conservation at the Puyallup Summer Session of the State College of Washington. Coming Session June 24, to August 2, 1918. Just visible under the stamps is AZO - the postcard was issued 1910-1930
