"Whereas The Commercial Club of the Town of Coupeville has placed itself on record as being in favor of making Thanksgiving Day, November 26, 1910, as Arbor Day for Coupeville... Resolved that the Honorable Mayor and Council of the Town of Coupeville be requested to pass an ordinance prohibiting all stock, such as horses, cattle, and sheep, from running at large within the [?] limits of the said Town of Coupeville, Wash."
