This Warranty Deed is for the value of $950 dollars and for the following portions of land in Island County: "Beginning at a pt [point] which is 562 ft east of the N.W. corner of the south half the Thomas Hastie D.C. [Donation Land Claim] N. 272 ft; thence east 114 ft; thence north to a pt [point] on the south boundary line of the non existing county road which pt is at the N.E. corner of the trot of land now owned by S. Kroon; thence easterly on said road line is a pt south of the S.W. corner of the land now owned by E. Stark; thence south of the north boundary line of the land now owned by E. M. Rahl; thence west 190 ft; thence south 1596.6 ft to a pt east of the of the beginning; thence west 1437.7 feet to the true point of beginning continuing 60 acres more or less."Collection
