Postcard depicting the playhouse for Coupeville schools. This was located behind the Coupeville grade school and was dismantled when the new brick grade school and high school were built in 1943. Postcard addressed to Mrs. N. Anderson of Mabana, Washington (Island County). The reverse of the postcard reads, "Dear Mother & Helen, I got here O.K. and hope you are all feeling fine. Am enjoying myself immensely and will have lots to tell. Teail" [or Jean -- unclear]. Postmarked 17 October 1917.Collection
