Scope and Content

An article from the Everett Herald entitled "Coupeville is a slice of history coping with modern problems". The article talks about Coupeville's historic past in today's world. Tourists come to see the beautifully restored Victorian homes and shops on Front Street but don't realize the cost it takes to restore such buildings. The article also goes on to discuss some of the trouble citizens have faced from too stringent restictions (such as the color of a building's roof).
