The article focuses on Cylde "Bud" Wagner's opinion of the court's deicision to allow him to subdivide his land. He said that even though he could make more money by subdividing and selling the land, he would rather see the land preserved by going to a park. Wagner also said that "at first he didn't think there was much hope in getting hte money approved, but he has been encouraged to see the bill moving through Congress".
