Postcard depicting Alexander Blockhouse, possibly c. 1920s. Reverse of postcard reads, "Dear Friend, Yes we have lots of rain here in winter but -- seldom any snow sometimes just a little but -- goes off about as soon as it comes. Last winter we had about eight inches. It lasted about a week. They only charged one dollar an hour for sleighs. Expensive sleighing if one wanted to keep his girl out long. H.A.M."Collection
