Photograph of the Virginia V at Quartermaster's dock, Fort Casey. Built 1921. This boat is the last operational example of a Puget Sound mosquito fleet steamer. The "W.P.T. CO." on the boat's side stands for "West Pass Transportation Co." Built in Maplewood, Washington, the boat measures 125 ft. by 24 feet. It weighs about 150 tons, with a gross weight of 99 tons, and a net weight of 67 tons.
