Reverse shows a date: 2/4/89. The building is the same structure shown in 2018.052.457, which shows the date 1/28/89. A comparison of both photos show that the building in the earlier photo has a shingled exterior and there is a chimney and a vent at the apex of the roof. The building's exterior was removed, as well as the chimney and the building was moved to Coveland Ave, next to the Oyster Catcher Restaurant, elevated and a new ground floor added. (see 2018.052.458
