Muctchler from former Oak Harbor USO Director, April 26, 1976, opening. Oak Harbor in the early 1940's. Midway Blvd and 700 Ave "Chimes Corner" large building near ball field is school built in mid 1920s. Basement still in use. Bldg far right "new" school built in early 30s. Lower right - Chimes Cafe, now (1986) radio station.
