Transcription

One on right hand side of front of scale reads: "Weights and Measures, Inspected and Approved, City of Seattle, 1938". There is a partial signature visible of which the last name reads as "Bell." One on right side of scale reads: "Inspected 3-20-07" OR "Inspected 3-20-67". It is unclear whether the year is 1907 or 1967. Partial signature of initials reads "WYA". Printed text underneath that signature reads as "Deputy Sealer W & M."
