This Warranty Deed is for the value of $2,000.00 dollars and for the following portions of land in Island County: "Beginning at ta point which is 34.9 feet South and 152.3 feet west of the S-W corner of the Martin Taftson [sic] Donation Claim in Sec. Two (2) twp thirty two (32) range One (1) E.W.M. which said S.W. corner is witnessed by an iron pin thirty three (33) feet North of said South West Corner and running thence from said point of beginning, South 69 degrees W. fifty (50) feet, thence North 69 degrees E. fifty (50) feet, thence North 17 degrees, forty min, W fifty (50) feet to point of beginning. Also Beginning at a point S. 80 degrees W. 166, 8/10 feet distant from an iron pin which is 33 feet North from the South West corner of the Marten Taftzon [sic] Donation Claim, an [sic] running thence North 17 degrees, 43 min W. 200 feet, thence S. 72 degrees 17 min W. 50 feet, thence S. 17 degrees, 43 min E, 202-9/10 feet, thence N.69 degrees E, to point of beginning."Collection
