Photograph of Coupeville races. On front of card " Coupeville WA. July 4, 1914. There are four girls in the race - wearing long-waisted dresses, one has two big bows in her hair, another a hat. The marching band is standing on the left in suits and white hats and some instruments (drum, cornet and probably a tuba). Dirt road, telephone poles. On the back the postcard is stamped Jul 15 1914 8am. Written: "Dear Edwy & Robert, This is the picture of the races on the 4th of July in Coupeville. I am in the race. I have a hat on.
