Description

Ledger book 1 of this collection contains mortgages from 1857 - 1892. The ledger was taken from the Lovejoy Courthouse prior to its demolition in 1949. THere is a large red "1" on the front cover. The cover is tan with the spine and corners being dark brown. The spine has "Mortgages" and "Island Co. WASH" in gold lettering. 9.5" wide 10.75 tall
