Members of the Masonic and Eastern Star orders attend the installation of new officers for Whidbey Island Lodge No. 15, Free and Accepted Masons. This was the 76th annual installation in the Coupeville lodge and the ceremony was conducted by William T. West (deputy of the Grand Master in District 9) of Sedro-Woolley.
