Island County Government Records These photographs depict the construction of the current courthouse in Coupeville. Photo depicts a front view of the courthouse with window framing up, but no windows. Three construction workers and what looks like a forman are working under the front facade. In the foreground a path runs in front of the courthouse. On the back: Stamped: Filed Aug 2 1948 Esther M. Monson County Auditor 67-056-A through J are from the Island County Auditor of construction of the courthouse.
