Real Estate Installment Contract, Stub, and Envelope, from the Bank of Commerce to R.M. Hastie and F.A. Hastie. Dated from July 1919 to 1922.
Of note: the envelope is addressed to Mr. G. W. Hesselgrave of the Circuit Theatre, a theatre which existed just to the right of what would be the Glenwood Hotel, at the corner of Front and Main Street in Coupeville. The Circuit Theatre no longer exists, but was in place in 1952.
