Warranty Deed from W. Edward Carleton to Lester Still, c. 18th January 1889. This Warranty Deed is for the value of $143 dollars and for the following portions of land in Island County: "Lots three (3) and four (4) in Section Thirteen (13) Township Thirty-Two (32) N.R. One (1) West of the Williamette Meridian, being situated in the County of Island, State of Washington, and containing Seventy seven and fifty one hundredths (77.50) acres more or less, Together with all and singular the tements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging."
