Framed print of a hand tinted drawing that depicts three large ships on the water. Text below reads 'CAPTURE OF THE SPANISH STEAMER BUENA VENTURA, BY THE NASHVILLE, OFF KEY WEST, FRIDAY MORNING, APRIL 22, 1898.' The work was drawn by Carlton T. Chapman and used by 'Harper's Pictorial History of the War with Spain.' The USS NASHVILLE (Gunboat No.7) was commissioned on August 19, 1897.
