EGON JENSEN 1966 - 1968;1975 Egon Jensen was born in Denmark. He and his wife, Nelly, arrived in Los Gatos in 1958. He is a mechanical contractor. He served on the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos from 1964 to 1976, and as mayor from 1966 to 1968. During his tenure as mayor, the town of Los Gatos employed 113 persons and had an annual payroll of $980,000. The fixed assets of the Town including public-owned land, buildings and equipment was in excess of $2,500,000. He died in December 2010. PE237Collection
