An issue of Leslie's Weekly Illustrated, Vol. LXXXVIII No. 2263. It was copyrighted by the Judge Company on 110 Fifth Avenue and published in New York on January 29, 1899. Printed at the top is "The New Cuba, Superb Photographic Illustrations Illustrations of Cuba as It is Today, in This Number." The front cover features a photo of U.S. soldiers marching through Havana with the caption, "The New Year's Transformation in Havana.
