Preliminary work on 55 Lakeview Avenue for the 1978 David Gibson Historic Sites Survey. House was never photographed. Built in 1924 by Kenneth Dalzell. It was the home of James T. Gordon, who lived there April-December 1924. Property was owned by the Security Realty Company in 1912, sold to James & Charlotte Gordon in 1923.
