Undated (ca. 1988?) menu from Don's (Don's Drive-In) restaurant in Livingston, on the border of Short Hills. On the front cover are photos of people (customers, we assume) eating food (Don's food we assume) and on the back cover are four people in white uniforms and two of then are wearing chef's toque/hat. The chef on the far left in the photo seems to be owner Don Roth, who opened the place in 1954 and closed it in the early 1990s. The menu is folded in half vertically, with 3.25" flaps folded again to the inside. The menu is laminated with a clear protective covering, has bumped corners, edgewear, and light overall soiling. On the bottom right edge of the front cover some of the protective covering is missing, including one ca. 1" piece and three smaller pieces. On the right inside flap a menu addendum is taped, but the tape has dried out and is falling off.Acquisition
