Carbon Copy of letter sent to the Huntington Library reference section San Marino, California by O. J. Wohlgemuth, Walnut Creek written in 1950 in which he asks for information. The Library's reply is included. These pertain to letters sent to W. A. Leidesdorff and Abel Stearns, 1847-1851.
Mr Wohlgemuth was contributing chapters to a four volume history of Free Masonry in California which was published in 1950. The volumes are available for reference in the Benicia Public Library.Collection
