Know All Men by These Presents: That I do hereby certify and declare that I am married and that I do now at the time of making this declaration, actually reside with my family on the land and premises hereinafer described. That my family consists of a wife and four children. That the land and premises on which I reside are bounded and described as follows, to wit: Lying and being in the City of Benicia, County of Solano, State of California, and particularly described as follows: Lots Nos. Nine (9) and Thirteen (13) in Block No. Twenty-one (21) of said City of Benicia as the same are laid down on the official map thereof on file in the Office of the County Recorder of said Solano County. Notarized on October 11, 1899 by John Lynch in Solano County with a gold seal and 10 cent documentary stamp. two pages, back to back - 8-1/2" x 14" it is a hand written in black ink legal form
