Description

A white, cotton petticoat with floral embroidery and eyelet detailing along the hem and bottom portion of the skirt. Towards the middle of the skirt is a horizontal band of floral eyelet detailing, with five thin, pin tucks above it. The skirt opens in the back, and closes with a silver hook-and-eye clasp.
