Description

A dark navy wool jacket, belonging to former Police Chief Ralph Phillips. The jacket opens in the front, and closes with a gold zipper. There are two breast pockets, one on each side, that close with a gold button with a "P" monogram on them. On the top of the shoulders are the same gold buttons, with a copper star, one on each side. On the upper sleeves, near the shoulders, is a patch embroidered in yellow, that says "LOS GATOS POLICE" and has a cat's face in the center. On the lower sleeves, near the wrists, is a single gold stripe. There are seven gold stars embroidered on the left sleeve, above the gold stripe. On the left side of the jacket, above the breast pocket, is the badge, featuring the seal of the state of California in the center.
