Description

A medium length, white cotton petticoat skirt. The back of the skirt opens at the top, and closes with three white buttons. There is a horizontal stripe of fabric towards the top of the skirt, ruching in the middle of the skirt, and a band of thin horizontal stripes towards the bottom of the skirt. Below that band of stripes, there is a thin stripe of lace, followed by a wide band of lace, followed by a thin bad of lace. There is crocheted detailing along the bottom hem of the skirt.
