Description

A vaguely U-shaped piece of black metal, with an attached long fabric strap. On the front of the meter, on the top half, is a light meter visible through glass. On the bottom half are three circular dials stacked on top of each other, with a variety of numbers and measurements. On the back of the meter, at the top, the metal is concave with numerous small holes, while the bottom has the manufacturing information.
