Description

Full mount taxidermied specimen of a small owl. Its body is a mottled white and brown. The specimen is tied to the branch with a wire around the base and legs of the specimen. It is in a perched position with its wings closed and its head faces forward. Its left eye is missing. It is unclear what species the owl is due to wear and distortion, but it is likely a screech owl. Family: Strigidae Genus: Megascops Species: Otus asio
