Description

A Paul Harris Fellow Award, given by Rotary International. The award consists of a rectangular, blue cardboard box that opens up with two vertical flaps over two horizontal flaps. Inside the box is a red velvet base that holds the medal and lapel pin. The medal is a circular brass medal with a man's head embossed on the center, attached to a triangle made out of yellow and blue ribbon with a pin on the back. The lapel pin has a gold base and pin backing, with blue velvet and a miniature version of the medal.
