Description

A long, white cotton petticoat skirt. The back of the skirt opens at the top, and closes with two small, drawstring ties. There is floral lace along the hem, a band of plain cotton above that, a band of horizontal tucked stripes above that, and then four bands of alternating floral lace and tucked stripes above that.
