Dear Mr Frank
I have just had a copy of the letter sent to you on 11th of August by Mr Barrie D Coate. I would appreciate it if the 5,000 gallon tank could be installed as soon as possible.
I understand that this will require a larger expense than you had reckoned with. I am sure that the different cost can be most amicably discussed and resolved between you and Barrie Coate and I undertake to cover that difference.
Please be sure that this is done as soon as possible for Cathedral Oakes is suffering from a shortage of water.
