Description

A silver identification tag, with an attached bracelet chain. The tag itself is rectangular, with the bottom edge being straight and the top edge and both side edges being partially circular. There are two holes, one on each side of the tag, while the inscription is in the center. The chain is permanently attached to the left hole, and has an opening for attaching and detaching the right hole.
