A rectangular piece of wood with shiny brass plates screwed into the wood. At the top of a large, rectangular piece of brass with the title of the plaque engraved on it. Below that are two columns of six smaller brass pieces, with the first five in the leftmost column engraved. There are two silver hooks screwed into the back of the wood, with a wire between them, for hanging the plaque.Collection
