Description

A black silk mantle with a ruffled collar. The cape has ruffle detailing along the bottom hem, as well as in numerous vertical lines throughout the mantle. There are black sequin details and black ribbon at the ends of those vertical ruffles, with black silk flowers over black netting in between the ruffles.
