Description

A small straw hat adorned with faux flowers, artificial moss, and ribbons. There is a paper label tag attached to one of the ribbons with gold string. The hat is pale yellow straw, the flowers are blue with green leaves. The bottom of the hat is sealed with a trim of yellow ribbon and mesh, and contains a floral-smelling potpourri.

The previous object tag notes it is a "Minnie Pearl" hat, Minnie Pearl was an American 20th century comedian; known for her trademark straw hat with flowers. The Minnie Pearl hat usually has red flowers, but this hat is blue. It is not clear where the "minnie pearl" designation came from, a quick search shows that these doll hat potpourri are a common handmade project; though this hat appears manufactured.
