Description

A large, stained glass kaleidoscope. The body is cylindrical and made out of brass, and tapers outward slightly at the viewing end. There are two large, circular stained glass-style wheels on the other side of the cylinder, which consist of a variety of colored glass and agate. The wheels are attached very slightly at one point, and therefore spin together. There is a small green paper note detailing the handiwork of the kaleidoscope attached via a string near the wheels.

THE KALEIDOSCOPE This brass & glass & agate kaleidoscope is totally hand-crafted. The solid brass tube has been cut, polished, & lacquered by hand. The tube never has to be polished. Just wipe with a dry cloth. One of the two wheels is hand cut antique glass. The colors have been carefully chosen. The other wheel is hand cut agate with various designs. The two wheels combined will give you an array of color each with a different design when you slowly spin them together to enhance the beauty of your kaleidoscope. I have chosen black walnut for the hand crafted stand. / This time honored device was crafted for your pleasure.
