A blue dress, consisting of two parts: a skirt and a bodice. The skirt is long, and solid blue, with a white waistband. There are three tiers of ruffles along the back of the skirt, which opens in the back, and closes with two hook-and-eye clasp at the top. The bodice is blue, with white lace trim along the edge of the collar and along the bottom back hem. Both sleeves have two ruffles at the ends, with a blue ribbon in between the ruffles. There is also a blue bow on the lower back of the jacket. The bodice opens in the middle of the front, and closes with seven circular blue fabric buttons. There is some boning inside the bodice as well.Collection
