** I have a xerox of a great sales brochure for building lots at Salada Beach/Sharps Park (in Pacifica today) from 1932; in the middle of the depression. The brochure has a "pie-in-the-sky" sales pitch for the property. So I guess the lots didn't sell for years + years after George stopped trying.Language
