Description

A long, white petticoat, with tiers of lace and embroidered detailing at the bottom. There are two layers around the bottom, the top layer has the lace and embroidery, and the bottom layer is plain, and attaches to the top layer where the embroidery starts. The skirt opens at the top, and is secured together by two white buttons.
