Note

Dear Barrie and Carol, I want to send you three pictures of two of Frank and George's works which cited in the material you provided. Joe went to Montecityo to photograph the tiles at the Bliss Mansion ('Casa Dolinda') and I took the pictures from Temple Emanu-El. We have uncovered many interesting little facts and connections but nothing major that weren't already known. But I definitely feel that i've absorbed enough that I would get more out of seeing your photos and scrapbooks again. My sister and I are just now leaving for Pennsylvania for 3 weeks. Our family's old house is going to be sold- and we are going to "say goodbye" to it and to dispose of belongings which we had accumulated there over the years. I hope I see you after I get back- whenever you can find a good time- after my Oct. 19th returns. My best wishes to you both! Riley P.S. Amazingly i _just now_ got a message from Joe that he had spoken to you- and that Carl is recovered and well! I am so sorry that I had feared he was too old to be able to get well again, that is wonderful. When my dad fighting this illness he had a _few_ brief periods of recovery only, but they even seemed worth the fight! I am so amazed!
