Description

A long, white cotton petticoat skirt. The back of the skirt opens at the top, and closes with two thin ties, one attached to each side of the opening. There are three bands of horizontal, French tuck striped detailing around the bottom of the skirt, with three bands of diamond patterning in between the striped bands. There are also two bands of eyelet detailing, and ruffles along the hem.
