A rectangular piece of wood with shiny brass plates screwed into the wood. At the top is a large, rectangular piece of brass with the title of the plaque engraved on it. Below that are two columns of six smaller brass pieces, with all six in the leftmost column engraved, and three in the rightmost column engraved. There are two brass hooks screwed into the back of the wood, with a wire between them, for hanging the plaque.Collection
